Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
1. If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you may return them for up to 30 days after receipt.
2. Send your request for a return via email to email@example.com along with your order number and the issue with your item. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number to be included with your return.
3. Bulldog Liquidators PA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in cases where Bulldog Liquidators PA is not at fault, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. The restocking fee charged is the greater of $4.95 or 10% of the item(s) price.
6. At our discretion we may decide to provide store credit in lieu of a product return/refund. Items found to have been used/worn will not be accepted.
7. Fraudulent claims will be rejected at our full discretion. Items with damaged packaging will only be eligible for store credit.
8. Packages rejected due to incorrect address or undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee equal to the shipping costs incurred on return shipment.
9. Online purchases cannot be returned to 526 Brodheadsville, PA. They must be returned via this online return process.
10. Bulldog Liquidators PA uses national carriers for outbound shipments and their tracking systems. In the event that these tracking systems show that the item was delivered, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders and will not provide a refund or insurance claim.
11. Bulldog Liquidators PA does not provide refunds on the following type of product:
- Memory Sticks/Cards
- Adult Products
Customers may cancel an online order up to one hour after placing the order during business hours of 9-5, 7 days per week. Customer Support is closed on the following holidays; Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, early closure on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Orders cannot be cancelled during these times.
