      Shipping Policies and Philosophy

      Shipping policy

      All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation email or text excluding Tuesdays when the store is closed, or the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, early closure on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Due to coronavirus, hours and days of operation may vary. Orders cannot be cancelled during these times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped via text to the number provided, or your email address.

      Problems with the carrier and their deliveries are outside of our control. Please utilize the tracking number provided in your email shipment confirmation. If you have not received this for some reason, please contact support at support@bdogpa.com or 570 350 4158. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address before calling to say you have not received an email.

       

      Shipping Rates

      For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This calculation is made based on the address provided and will give options with respect to carriers and delivery timeframes.

      Local delivery

      Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within a 5 mile radius of 526 Marian Ln. For orders under $50, we do not deliver. However, we try to accommodate based on circumstance. Please call 570 350 4158 and tell us your situation.

      Online Pickup

      You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 526 Marian Ln in Brodheadsville. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout (this option will appear if criteria is met), your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours of the order and/or after you have been notified via text or email (depends on what was entered). 

      Our online pickup hours are 10 - 5 PM on every day excluding Tuesdays when the store is closed, or the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, early closure on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Due to coronavirus, hours and days of operation may vary.

      Instructions for Pickup:

      Upon arrival, drive to the large gate on the left side of the main store entrance. Proceed through the gate, turn left and drive forward to a large red ONLINE PICKUP sign. Please provide an attendant the last name of whoever ordered.

       

      Carrier Information

      The carriers we use are UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order number. 

      If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
